I have not received my order

When in stock, luminaires are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by courier for next day delivery in the UK, usually 4-8 days in the rest of Europe. Delivery on items not in stock is usually 4-6 weeks. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm a delivery date.
Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologise for any delay

I have ordered the wrong thing

Please email us using the link below. We will provide you with an address to which you must return the goods unopened. Once we receive the item we will be able to refund your card. Certain non stock items may incur a 25% re-stocking fee. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS.

I have received duplicates in my order

Please email us using the link below. We will provide you with an address to which you can return the duplicated item unopened via recorded delivery. As soon as we receive the item we will refund your card. We apologise for the inconvenience, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us

My goods are faulty

Please email us using the link below. We will provide you with an address to which you must return the goods via recorded delivery including the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for the inconvenience, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us

What electrical voltage system are my lamps compatible with

All of our lights are wired for use with a 220v-240v electrical system.

Do your lights include bulbs?

Some manufacturers choose to include light sources (bulbs) with some of their products, but most do not. Unless otherwise specified, your lights will not come with light sources.

Why don’t you supply bulbs?

Light bulbs are very fragile. In our experience, they simply won’t make it to you in one piece!
