I have not received my order


When in stock, luminaires are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by courier for next day delivery in the UK, usually 4-8 days in the rest of Europe. Delivery on items not in stock is usually an estimated four weeks dependant on quantity, product and manufacturer. We will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your order to confirm a lead time for your order.
Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods.


I have ordered the wrong thing or changed my mind

 

Please contact us within seven working days and we will supply the address to return the goods to. You may undertake this at your own cost and liability. Once the goods have been safely returned and insepcted, a full refund will be given. This process must be completed within 28 days of the original delivery date.


My goods are faulty


Please email us using the link below. We will provide you with an address to which you must return the goods via recorded delivery including the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. Faults with the goods needs to be raised within 48 hours of delivery. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested we will either refund your card or send a replacement.

 

My goods have been damaged in transit

 

Please check all goods on delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if items have been damaged. Please forward images of the damage to the fitting and also supporting image of the outer packaging to allow us to progress a claim with the couriers. The damaged item will then be uplifted - it the original packaging and returned for inspection. A refund or free replacement will be offered.

Please note damaged items reported out with the above timescale will be the responsibility of the receiver and therefore will not be replaced free of charge.

 

My goods have not been delivered and have been returned to Designer Lights

 

On occasion couriers have problems with deliveries, if they are returned to us through no fault of  the receiver, the goods will be checked and sent back out for re-delivery FOC. However, if the courier has attempted delivery, tried to contact the receiver and in turn we have tried to contact the receiver without success, goods will only be sent for re-delivery after a new shipping quote has been settled. If the receiver wishes to cancel the order a refund will be processed for the full cost of the goods, the shipping charge will not be refunded.


What electrical voltage system are my lamps compatible with


All of our lights are wired for use with a 220v-240v electrical system.


Do your lights include bulbs?


Unless otherwise specified, your lights will not come with light sources.
