HARRI KOSKINEN ON THE DESIGN "The basic idea was to create a lamp series with space and atmosphere. I put my trust in the natural material of glass, in its beauty and its changing reflections. The lamp series consists of a white and grey version that both, in their own way, bring forward the beauty of electrical light. The lamps are at their best in the late evening, creating a cosy mood around them."

Harri Koskinen on his design philosophy: Sometimes my work is based on dignity — sometimes on courage. But finding the essential aspects of the given design challenge always plays a major role. My work process is dualistic, trying to combine the strict and more rational approach with more free and intuitive perspectives. But it is important for me always to have a reason to do a new creation.
